Professional Development

Our professional development workshops provide teachers with specific tools and resources to address and integrate yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning into their daily lives and classrooms. Educators participate in discussions, interactive learning activities, and personal reflection.

Workshops are customized for specific age groups, covering developmentally appropriate practices including diverse learners. Participants receive take home materials with resources and tools. Workshops run single sessions or multiple part series.
